We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return.
PLAY WITH CONFIDENCE PROMISE
You may use your paddle during the 30-day period. If it’s not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a Trial Return:

The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The paddle must not show structural damage caused by misuse.

Normal cosmetic wear from play is acceptable.

The paddle must not have been intentionally altered or modified.

Proof of purchase is required.
Returned paddles will be inspected upon receipt.
Refunds
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the 30-day trial period, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your paddle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days at:
support@acesportinggoods.com.au
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
We provide a 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
