Which Paddle is right for me?
We've made it really simple to choose the right paddle because all our paddles are great for every level of player.
But as a rough guide, if you're totally new to the game and want to see if you like it go for the Control range. If you're playing regularly (or expect to) go for the All Court range, and if you're playing regularly (or expect to) and want the edge and to feel how a really good paddle improves your game go for the ProPower. Or pick the colour that you like, they're all great paddles.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details where available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
